Pooley's Puffers was formed in 1996 by David Poole and his wife Anne.

We attended many model rail exhibitions throughout the country and various Toy Collectors' Fairs where we traded for several years.

In February 2010, a long awaited dream was realized when we opened our shop on the Team Valley, Gateshead. We stock a good range of fully tested and guaranteed second hand model railways in OO and N gauge.  Bachmann, Hornby, Peco, Gaugemaster, and Javis. Metcalfe, Wills, Ratio, Parkside and Dapol kits.  Gaugemaster controllers and accessories. An ever growing business which is constantly evolving and changing stock. 

We extend a warm welcome to our customers and a genuine interest in their layout projects and challenges.  With many years of modelling experience David will give guidance and advice freely.  Repairs undertaken. Part exchange welcome, fair prices given.
